Common questions

Why are the model downloads so large, and how do I remove one?

The AI model is the download — multiple gigabytes of neural-network weights that afterwards run entirely on your phone with no connection. Each app’s model screen shows what is installed and lets you delete any model to reclaim the space.

Does anything I type leave my phone?

No. Chats, documents, translations and generated images are computed on-device. The apps touch the network only to download a model you asked for. The full statement, including the two narrow cases and the permissions list, is the privacy policy.

How do I report a problem with AI-generated content?

Responses and images come from models running on your device and can be wrong or inappropriate. Every app has a report control on generated content — use it, or email us with the app name and roughly what happened. Nothing you report is collected automatically; a report only exists if you send it.
